The Duke of Sussex and the Swan pub are loved by locals. Around a half-hour walk eastwards is the lively Shepherd's Bush Market, along with grassroots music venue Bush Hall and the renowned Bush Theatre.

East Acton underground station (Central line) is a 12-minute walk away, while Acton Central station (Mildmay) is a 15-minute walk. The area is also well-served by buses. Heathrow Airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car, or in 20 minutes from Acton Main Line station.
