We have loved living at Northcott since 2005, it has truly been the heart of our family life. This wonderfully quirky home offered us generous room sizes and a warm, welcoming feel, making it the perfect place to raise our children, who have now grown into adulthood here. The outdoor space has always been a highlight: A beautifully green setting with a south-facing garden that acts as a real sun trap, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Being within walking distance of both Swinley Forest and South Hill Park has also been something very special to us, giving us easy access to nature and leisure. As our children now begin their next chapters, we feel it’s the right time for us to downsize, but we will always treasure the memories made in this much-loved home.
