I was immediately impressed by the large storage room off the hallway, the huge floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, and the fact it had a separate kitchen. The fact that the current owner has loved living here gives real reassurance about its suitability for a first-time buyer. The bedroom is also a good size, with plenty of space for furniture. I also like that the kitchen is separate, while the neutral bathroom gives you the chance to add your own style and colours.
Location-wise, it is ideal. You’ve got an excellent range of shops just around the corner, while Firswood tram stop and popular green spaces such as Alexandra Park are within walking distance. There are also great bus links to the city centre and Chorlton.
This is a great option for a first-time buyer, or a landlord looking to add to their portfolio, as flats like this have traditionally let well. I recommend an early viewing to appreciate everything on offer."
