Owners Insight

"We moved to North Devon in 2005 but needed a base in Torquay and after a lengthy search we found 3 Sunleigh. It was a perfect location for walking to Cockington and the Sea front. The apartment is spacious and light with level access from the car park and has been ideal for us and the family when they came to stay. It benefits from being a small complex of just 9 residential apartments, the occupants being friendly and caring.

For health reasons we are reluctantly selling and will miss Sunleigh and its very special residents."
