We bought this house five years ago because we needed more space for our growing family and we loved it instantly, for all the potential it had. The house was by far the biggest we had found within our search for a home and the garden was large and very private which we absolutely loved. We could already pictured our boys playing in it, exploring the different areas and ourselves enjoying the greenery of the space around. Our family has really enjoyed living both in this house and in the area, it's got everything going for it having a village feel but all of the the local amenities you could wish for and a great community. We have put our own stump on the house have completely renovated it. New bathrooms, decorated throughout, dressing room with bespoke built in storage. We've even moved the kitchen from the front to the back of the house and have a private living room. We love spending time in the large open space overlooking the garden. This house is a wonderful family home and we will be sorry to leave!

Area Comment...
This home sits nestled at the back of the popular 'Fernlea' development in quiet cul de sac and is only a short walk away from the popular fbc centre and is only a stones throw away from California Country Park. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Waverley School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the fbc Centre and California Country park these both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is also only a 12 minute drive away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
