Double doors lead directly onto a tiled patio with a planted border, creating an ideal space for outdoor dining.

A boot room has been added at the rear, finished with a tiled floor and external back door with stairs leading to a versatile office space above with the opportunity to convert to a bathroom – creating an annexe with separate access outside onto the rear garden.
A cosy snug sits on the half-landing, with windows drawing in natural light to the stair well.
The bedroom accommodation comprises a well proportioned master bedroom featuring its own en-suite, a double bedroom and built in cupboard; a twin room, also with fitted storage and a guest double bedroom, all serviced by a family bathroom.
The mature lawned gardens are surrounded by a stone Ha-Ha, flower beds and shrubs, and a summerhouse for entertaining.
