Location
Newbold Upon Avon is a popular village located around 1.5 miles to the north-west of Rugby town centre. The village is well served by a wide range of local shops and amenities and well-regarded local schooling. Rugby itself is fantastically located for travel and one of England's mainline junction stations with rail access to London Euston (50 mins), Birmingham New Street (35 mins) and links to most of the rest of the national rail network. The motorway network is also accessible with M1, M6 and A14 trunk roads all within a 10-15 minute car drive. The town centre has a mix of national and artisan brands and a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. All age ranges of state schooling are available across the town and there is also private schooling in and around the area including Bilton Grange and Rugby School.
