We have absolutely loved living in this house and it has been a wonderful home for our family. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it offers such a calm atmosphere, with very little traffic and a real sense of community.
One of the things we have treasured most is the wonderful neighbours and close friendships we made on the street over the years. The memories, support, and sense of community we shared here will always stay with us. It has truly been a warm and welcoming place to live. The village itself is beautiful, with lovely walks right on the doorstep and plenty of green spaces to enjoy throughout the year. We have especially loved spending sunny days in the garden, whether relaxing, entertaining friends and family or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
This house has given us so many happy memories and we hope the next owners will love it as much as we have.

You’re also just a short walk from the much-loved Shinfield Arms pub, well known for its great food and fantastic beer garden.
Shinfield Village itself has everything you need close to hand, including a Co-op, café, post office, and Lidl, all within easy walking distance.
For commuters, the location is brilliantly connected. There are regular public transport links into Reading and Wokingham, while Junction 11 of the M4 is only a few minutes away by car. Green Park Station is also nearby, offering excellent rail connections into Reading and Basingstoke, making this a great spot for those commuting into London too.
