"i've loved my time on Cleeve Road, the neighbours are all fantastic and were very welcoming. It's a super quiet residential street and the maisonette has been an ideal home over the last 5 years. The absolute highlight for me has been the balcony, waking up to morning sunrises in the winter and enjoying bbq's in the summer with a few friends. I hope the next owners enjoy the views as much as I have!"

The home

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom maisonette set within a handsome Victorian terrace, this is a flat that has been carefully improved throughout and has a private rooftop terrace with views across the city. The large, light filled living room has a bay window with new UPVC sash windows and a feature fireplace. Off the hallway you have access to the separate second bedroom and dining room which flows into the newly installed kitchen with warm timber worktops. Finally, there is a newly fitted high specification downstairs bathroom. Upstairs we have the principle suite with en-suite and private terrace, this space is pretty unique and the views are spectacular with good natural light throughout. There is also storage in the eaves. Regarding the lease set up, there is no management cost and maintenance is split with the ground floor flat.

Living in Knowle

Cleeve Road is in a popular pocket of houses between Wells Road and Bath Road. One of the real benefits of this house is the amount and variety of parks and green spaces within a short distance. Redcatch Park and Community Garden, Perretts Park and Arnos Vale Cemetery, with its popular Atrium Café, all within 10 minutes walk from the house. The expansive Victoria Park and Callington Road Nature Reserve are also nearby, providing brilliant open spaces for the summer or for walking the dog all year round. The area is easily commutable from Bristol City Centre, approximately 30 minutes walk, a short cycle or bus journey down Wells Road. The area also has lots of amenities on the doorstep with Wells Road recently becoming home to more and more popular bars, cafes and restaurants.
