Description
A quality bespoke new build house, still under the ten year warranty and very well specified throughout, with accommodation laid out over three floors. Highlights include the Woodwork fitted kitchen, with Miele and Liebherr appliances, as well as the Woodwork fitted study too. Also, the dramatic, full height oak staircase, with features window, and the generous well fitted, south facing reception rooms, each with bi-folding doors onto the outside terracing. Upstairs, the bedrooms match up to the standard set, with two duplex suites in particular, offering spacious rooms and separate dressing areas, as well as generous and stylish en-suite bathrooms.
Points of detail include the underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs, using an air source heat pump, along with a fitted mechanical heat recovery system. Also, oak internal doors, skirtings and architraves add a touch of finesse, as does the impressive central brick fireplace in the sitting room, which is fitted with a wood burning stove.
Outside, the gated approach leads into an enclosure, incorporating the house, with its garage block and studio above, the level garden and the metal barn stabling, as well as the secondary stable block and the Monarch horse walker, which allows for six horses. The studio above the garage is complete with a shower room, but no kitchen has been fitted, although plumbing has been allowed for here, in the construction.
The property is being sold with an adjacent southerly field of about 9.1 acres and the sellers are creating a new gated opening from the garden, which crosses over a public footpath between the two pieces of land.
The sellers have further land, including an outdoor riding school, if desired, available by separate negotiation.
