A Note From The Owner
We've had five very happy years living here and we'll be sad to leave behind the most amazing community on Brookscroft Road. We're a couple of minutes walk from great coffee at Ruttle and Rowe, literally seconds from a play park, and live between two lovely families. Most weekends are spent in the food market at Lloyd Park, grabbing croissants from Chocolatine on Wood Street, or going for long family walks in Epping Forest. Our garden is south-facing and not overlooked, so you can really lap up the sun and get proper use of the outdoor space for dining, relaxing, and games with the kids. Being able to commute so easily into Central London during the week but being able to quickly escape from city life on the weekends has made living here such a dream. We're sure this place will be as kind to the next owner as it has been to us
