When the time comes we will be sad to say goodbye to this house, but we are ready for our next adventure. On the ground floor you’ll find a lovely bright kitchen/diner leading to the garden, and a spacious cosy lounge. On the second floor we have a large family bathroom, a very large second double bedroom and a spacious third double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe/office. This space was originally an ensuite and the original plumbing and flooring still remains should you wish to convert it back one day. On the third floor is the principal bedroom and ensuite which again is a very generous size. One of the huge advantages of this property is the size of the rooms, and we’ve struggled to find anything that compares!
Our back garden has access to your two car parking spaces and has a decent sized patio to fit a table with six chairs comfortably. Down the side of the property is a hidden space for a shed and storage. The front garden has recently been re-landscaped with raised garden beds.
In addition to the house you will be welcomed into Jennetts Park community - a friendly, safe neighbourhood with lovely residents. You can also enjoy walking to town/the train station in less than 30 minutes with great links to London Waterloo.

Webster Close is one of those homes that instantly feels welcoming the moment you walk through the door. The layout works brilliantly for modern living, with spacious rooms across all three floors and a real sense of flexibility depending on how you want to use the space. The open-plan kitchen diner at the rear is ideal for entertaining or family life, while the separate living room gives you a cosy place to unwind. What really stands out to us is the size of the bedrooms, all three are genuine doubles, which is rare to find. The top floor master suite in particular feels like a real retreat, with plenty of built-in storage, natural light pouring through the Velux windows and a well-finished en-suite. Jennett’s Park continues to be hugely popular thanks to its balance of green open space and convenience. With Peacock Meadows, Tarman’s Copse and the Peacock Farm pub all on your doorstep, it offers a fantastic lifestyle whilst still being incredibly well connected for commuters heading towards Wokingham, Reading, London or beyond.
