The property is entered through a side door into a utility space where there is access to the washing machine, central heating boiler, some cupboard space and a stainless-steel sink with drainers.

Opening into a central hallway where there is access to the main living space, and bedroom accommodation. There is a built-in storage cupboard ideal for linen and a hoover.

The main living space is separated into three main areas, all sharing wonderful views across valley, far-reaching into the distance. Two patio doors lead on to the impressive deck area which would be ideal for al-fresco dining.

The lounge area cascades into ample space for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well appointed with a breakfast bar linking the rest of the space. Buit-in white goods and views from the kitchen window.

Externally the lodge offers the open decked area which offers views across neighbouring countryside, access to the side door and double patio doors to the front. There is some communal space to the side of the lodge and it is only a short walk from the lodge to the main car park.

Facilities on site include a café/bar restaurant, a recently refurbished swimming pool and small shop. It is a short walk to the beach, and there also a bus service linking the Whitsand Bay with neighbouring villages, Plymouth and the rest of coastline.
