Here's the thing about Brickworth Place. It's actually lovely. A quiet little cul-de-sac in Badbury Park, neighbours who probably won't bother you, and a house that (and I mean this) is genuinely really nice inside. Three bedrooms. Three floors. No onward chain. I didn't write the rules, i'm just telling you the facts.

The ground floor is open plan. Kitchen, dining room, living room, all one big space. French doors out to the garden. Now, some people hear "open plan" and think "oh, so there's nowhere to hide." And yes, fair point. But it's also just... A really nice room. Light, airy, modern. The kind of room where you make a cup of tea and then just stand there for a minute thinking "yeah, alright." There's also a downstairs toilet, which (look, if you've ever not had one, you know).
Upstairs (first floor) two bedrooms and a bathroom. Modern, clean, does exactly what it says. Then you go up again, to the second floor, and that's where the main bedroom lives. The whole floor, just for the bedroom. All by itself up there. Peaceful. Quiet. Miles away from everyone. Honestly, some people pay a lot of money for that kind of solitude and they end up in a spa in Tuscany. You could just live here.

The garden's enclosed. There's a patio. Then a lawn. Gated side access, which is the kind of thing that sounds boring until you're trying to get a bike in and suddenly it's the best feature in the house. Allocated parking out the front too (multiple spaces) so you can stop driving around the street at half ten at night pretending you're not bothered.

Great Western Hospital is right there if you need it (hopefully you won't, but it's nice to know). M4 is minutes away. Badbury Park is a good area. People like living here. They don't tend to leave unless they have to.

No onward chain. Vendor wants to sell. The house is in good condition. Viewing recommended.

That's it really. What else do you want me to say? Go and look at it.
