The house is arranged in a classic T plan with a hall range and cross wing, beneath steeply pitched roofs, and is distinguished externally by its central brick chimney with distinctive diagonal shafts, gabled dormers and a mix of sash and multilight windows. Internally, the property retains a wealth of period features including substantial exposed beams, wide fireplaces, original joinery and historic fittings, all contributing to its strong sense of heritage and architectural interest.

Internally there is a central hallway, there large reception rooms including beamed sitting room with inglenook fireplace, kitchen and further lean to utility room.

On the first floor there is a large main bedroom, second bedroom and a further two rooms, one of which leads to the other and a family bathroom.

White Farm is a former dairy farm and has a range of outbuildings including cow sheds, hay barns, grain silos and other stores, some of which could possible be converted into additional residential accommodation or for leisure uses, subject to planning. There are gardens around the house and then a number of fields and rough pasture paddocks giving the potential for use as a small holding or equestrian use if required.
