A door from the lounge opens into the stunning modern kitchen/breakfast room, which has been thoughtfully updated and flows seamlessly into the conservatory, providing an excellent space for both everyday living and entertaining. From here, doors open out to the enclosed rear garden.

Owners' Comments
We bought this house as our first home together and wanted somewhere we could truly make our own. As the property needed some renovation, it gave us the opportunity to update and personalise it to suit our tastes.
We have lived here for 10 years and will certainly miss the quiet area, the view from the upstairs bedroom, and the lovely community we have on the street with our neighbours. We'll also miss the bright, brand-new kitchen, the convenience of the bus into town at the end of the street, and the easy walks to the primary school and the park.
