Sellers View

"Our mum/ grandmother lived in her much-loved bungalow on Roman Way for 23 years, having moved there in 2003. We were also fortunate enough to celebrate her 100th birthday in the home she loved so much.

She enjoyed spending time in her garden, listening to the birds and watching the seasons change. One of her favourite routines was visiting the nearby park each week for lunch with her neighbours, many of whom became close friends. Living here allowed her to maintain her independence for many years, with local amenities within walking distance and a convenient bus route to Asda.
The bungalow holds many happy family memories. Her great-grandchildren played in the garden, and we spent countless special occasions together here. She also loved walking along the road and taking in the beautiful distant views.
Roman Way is a quiet and friendly road with a strong sense of community. From the day she moved in, everyone was welcoming and supportive. It was clear that neighbours genuinely looked out for one another, something she always appreciated and valued.
The bungalow offers plenty of potential for its next owners, whether they wish to personalise it, modernise it or even potentially extend. We have no doubt it will become a wonderful home for the next family, just as it was for ours, and that it will provide many years of happiness and cherished memories."
