Seller's comments...
Making this house our first home has been such a lovely experience and has given us so many happy memories. It has been a place where we’ve truly felt comfortable and settled from day one.
One of the things we’ve appreciated most is our amazing neighbours. They have always been kind, friendly, and welcoming.
The location itself is really close to local amenities and a short walk to the train station and town centre whilst also being incredibly peaceful, offering a calm and relaxing environment while still being conveniently situated which is something we’ve really valued.
It’s a home and community that will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope the next owners love it just as much as we have.
Agent's comments...
Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this well-presented two-bedroom home offers a fantastic blend of privacy, practicality and versatile living space.
One of the standout features of the property is the single-storey extension, creating a valuable second reception room that provides additional flexibility as a family room, dining space, home office or playroom. Double doors open directly onto the rear garden, which enjoys a rare degree of privacy, making it the perfect place to relax or entertain during the warmer months.
The home is entered via a useful porch, creating a dedicated entrance area rather than stepping straight into the living room. This practical space is ideal for storing coats, shoes and everyday essentials, helping to keep the main living accommodation clutter-free.
The ground floor also benefits from a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room, while upstairs there are two well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Externally, the property enjoys the benefit of two allocated parking spaces and an EV charging point, providing convenient and future-proofed parking arrangements.
Situated in a tucked-away position with a private garden, additional reception space and excellent parking provision, this is a home that offers far more than first meets the eye.
