Two Bedroom Home With Conservatory, Two Parking Spaces In A Quiet Yateley Cul-De-Sac

Seller's View

We've loved living here. The neighbours are brilliant, everyone knows everyone and there's always someone around for a chat (and the occasional bit of gossip!). I was even a bridesmaid at one of my old neighbour's weddings, which tells you everything you need to know about the people living around us.

Having two parking spaces has been a bigger bonus than we ever expected. On this road, parking can be a bit of a competitive sport, so we've always appreciated having our own.

The house gets loads of afternoon sun in the garden and the front catches the evening sunshine too. Then in the winter it's the complete opposite in the best way, cosy, warm, a candle on and Gilmore Girls on the TV.

I also have to mention the bath... It's honestly the bath of dreams. And the spiral staircase still makes me smile after six years.

It's been such a peaceful place to live and we'll genuinely miss calling it home.

Jack's Comments

Homes like this are always popular, and it's easy to see why.

Morley Close is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac that's been a favourite with first-time buyers and downsizers for years. You can walk to Waitrose, Yateley High Street and Castle Bottom Nature Reserve, whilst Fleet station and the M3 are only a short drive away for commuters.

Inside, the layout works really well. The lounge is a great size and flows nicely into the conservatory, which gives you that extra reception space overlooking the garden. The kitchen is separate, making it practical without taking away from the living space.

Upstairs you'll find two genuine bedrooms rather than one large room and a box room, along with a four-piece bathroom that includes both a bath and separate shower.

Outside, the mature rear garden is a lovely place to spend an afternoon, and having two allocated parking spaces is a real advantage here, as many of the neighbouring homes only have one.

If you're looking for a home you can move straight into, in a peaceful location with great amenities on your doorstep, I think this one deserves to be high on your viewing list.

Area View

Morley Close sits in a quiet residential cul-de-sac that's always been popular with first-time buyers, young families and those looking to downsize without leaving Yateley. It's one of those locations where everything feels close by without being on top of you.

One of the biggest draws is how walkable it is. Waitrose, Yateley High Street and its independent cafés, pubs and shops are all within easy reach, while Castle Bottom Nature Reserve is just down the road if you enjoy getting out for a walk. There are also plenty of green spaces, parks and woodland nearby, giving the area a real community feel.

For commuters, you're well placed with Fleet station just a short drive away, offering regular services into London Waterloo, alongside straightforward access to the M3 and A30.

Yateley itself continues to be one of North East Hampshire's most sought-after towns. It offers a great balance of convenience and countryside, good local schools, plenty of clubs and activities, and a genuine sense of community that keeps people here for years. It's easy to see why so many buyers move into Yateley and never really want to leave.
