Note from the seller.
I've been living in this flat for 5 years, making it a true home where I love hosting friends and family. The community here in Leytonstone has a wonderful village feel, with friendly neighbours, a thriving arts scene, and incredible local spots like Filly Brook for craft beer and Wild Goose Bakery for weekend treats. The location is ideal, being less than 30 minutes from the city on the Central Line, and the local area has grown so vibrant since I moved here. Beyond the great coffee shops and restaurants on the High Road, you have the wide open spaces of Wanstead Flats just a short walk awayit's a fantastic spot for morning runs and walking the dog. Hollow Ponds and the edge of Epping Forest are also just a quick bike ride away. I'm sad to leave this wonderful neighbourhood, but I won't be moving far.
