Owners insight.

Seven years ago we decided to downsize from our house in Sherfield on Loddon to an apartment, we had a shortlist of 10 and this was the first one we viewed. We didn’t need to look at any others as we instantly loved the super sunny aspect and the wrap round balcony. At the time we didn’t even notice the huge loft space which we have subsequently boarded out and installed lighting. We spent many an evening on the balcony watching the sun set over the park.

Over the years we have redecorated throughout and upgraded the dishwasher, washing machine and cooker to new Bosch appliances and last year we had a new Worcester Bosch boiler. The open plan kitchen/lounge has hosted many happy family dinners.

The park, the shops and the community centre are a short walk away and we have enjoyed the great community spirit here on Sherfield park.

As I am now retired I am going to spend more time at the seaside hence the proposed move.
