Owners insights:
What do you love most about your property?
We’ve always loved how spacious and light the apartment feels. It gets lots of sunshine thanks to its orientation, while also being very well insulated for both sound and heat. It’s incredibly quiet and private, and not being directly overlooked is a real bonus.
The apartment is also at the end of the corridor, so you don’t have people constantly walking past the front door, which adds to the sense of privacy. There’s secure bike storage, and parking spaces can also be rented in the car park beneath the building, with private access directly into the block.
Why are you selling?
We’re planning to move to Spain longer term and have decided that we no longer want to be landlords, particularly as managing the property remotely would become increasingly difficult.
What do you love about the area?
The transport connections are brilliant. The Victoria line is just a short walk away and it’s only two stops to King’s Cross, so getting around London is incredibly easy.
Jolene is just around the corner and has always been a favourite, while both Upper Street and Stroud Green are within walking distance, giving you a great choice of independent cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs nearby.
