Owners Comments...
i’ve always really liked the location of Windmill Court. The transport links are excellent, with Ruislip Manor Underground Station so close by, as well as easy access to the motorway network.
The development feels very secure, which is something i’ve always appreciated, and having secure underground parking is a real bonus. The flat itself is economical to run and stays lovely and warm during the winter months.
I’ve also enjoyed having everything so close by. The shops, restaurants and other amenities are all within easy reach, while the communal areas themselves are surprisingly quiet, giving the development a really peaceful feel despite being so close to the High Street.
Inside, I particularly like the open-plan living space. The rooms are a good size for a one-bedroom apartment, and the bedroom is a proper bedroom rather than feeling small or compromised. Overall, it’s been a really comfortable and convenient place to live.
James The Agents Comments....
A well-presented one-bedroom first-floor apartment with allocated underground parking, communal roof terrace and an enviable location just seconds from Ruislip Manor Underground Station and the High Street.
Situated within a modern purpose-built development, this attractive apartment offers an excellent opportunity for a first-time buyer, commuter or investor looking for a property where location and convenience really are at the heart of it.
The accommodation provides a bright and practical open-plan living space with a fitted kitchen, creating an ideal area for both relaxing and entertaining. The bedroom is complemented by useful storage cupboards, while the apartment has recently been decorated and benefits from new flooring, allowing the next owner to move in with little or nothing to do.
One of the standout features is the allocated underground parking space, accessed via secure gated entry - a particularly valuable benefit given the central Ruislip Manor location.
Residents also have access to a communal roof terrace, providing an additional outdoor space to enjoy away from the apartment itself.
Further benefits include gas central heating, double glazing and a long lease. The property is also being offered chain free and vacant, making it an ideal option for buyers looking for a straightforward purchase.
And then there is the location. Ruislip Manor High Street is literally on the doorstep, providing an excellent selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities, while Ruislip Manor Underground Station is just seconds away, offering convenient access across London via the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines.
Whether you're looking to take your first step onto the property ladder, secure a convenient London commuter base or add a well-located property to an investment portfolio, Windmill Court offers an appealing combination of position, parking, presentation and potential.

Ruislip and the surrounding area are also well served by local bus routes, while the A40 is within easy reach for drivers heading towards London, Heathrow and the M25.
And for a property in such a central location, having allocated secure underground parking is a particularly useful bonus.
Outdoor & Green Spaces
One of the great advantages of living in Ruislip is the amount of green space available close to home. There are several local parks and recreation grounds within easy reach, ideal for a quick walk, getting some fresh air or simply escaping the High Street for a while.
For something more substantial, Ruislip Woods National Nature Reserve provides miles of woodland walks, while Ruislip Lido offers a beautiful lakeside setting, sandy beach and miniature railway.
Manor Farm is another local favourite, combining historic buildings and open space with landscaped grounds. It is also home to the Duck Pond Market, which takes place on the first and third Sunday of each month, bringing together independent makers, artisan food producers, crafts, gifts and street food.

Ruislip Manor High Street is literally on the doorstep, with a good choice of independent cafés, restaurants, takeaways, pubs and everyday amenities.
Victoria Road and the surrounding streets offer plenty of options for grabbing a coffee, meeting friends for dinner or picking up something for a quick meal at home. The wider Ruislip area adds an even greater choice of independent restaurants, cafés and bars.
The Duck Pond Market at Manor Farm also adds something a little different, with artisan food producers, street food and local makers coming together alongside the historic setting of the Great Barn.
