Sellers Comments
One of the things I have loved most about living here is the sense of peace and security. Being within a gated development gives you that added feeling of safety and privacy, while the community itself is quiet, friendly and welcoming.
The location has been a big highlight for me too. You are surrounded by some lovely villages, Farnborough Village and Locksbottom, with a great choice of independent cafés, bars, pubs, restaurants and local amenities all within easy reach.
The transport links have been incredibly convenient and one of my key decisions in living here, particularly when commuting into London. Getting into the city is so easy, the fast train from Orpington station to London Bridge is only 15 minutes. It means you can enjoy the quieter lifestyle of the area without feeling disconnected from London.
I have really enjoyed living here. The combination of a safe and peaceful community, a lovely surrounding area and convenient transport links has made it a wonderful place to call home and I hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have!
