Vendor Comment : I lived in this property before I was married and it was a good buy due to its great location. There is good access to Clifton Down, Avonmouth and Central Bristol (Temple Meads) and other parts of Bristol via the local Redland Train Station. Redland Down has its own Tenis Club and Park, although the main Downs are only a short walk away. There is a small shop for local supplies on Redland Road. Whiteladies Road with its bus routes and more shopping is a short walk away. During my tenure (over 25 years) the main property has been regularly maintained (as is needed with these buildings) by the Management Company.
