Summary
Welcome to 47 Laburnum Drive, Molescroft, Beverley. This detached home is situated in a highly regarded neighbourhood and offers a well-presented range of accommodation, perfect for families or those seeking flexible living spaces. With three double bedrooms, multiple reception areas, and a private rear garden, this property is ready for its next owners to move straight in.

What We Love
This home offers a fantastic layout, with a converted garage providing an additional reception room or potential fourth bedroom, complete with its own wet room. The open-plan lounge and dining area create a welcoming space for entertaining, while the kitchen is well-appointed for everyday living.

The neighbourhood of Molescroft is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and convenient access to Beverley town centre. Beverley itself is a historic market town with a vibrant community, offering a mix of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as cultural attractions like Beverley Minster. The area is ideal for families, professionals, or retirees looking for a peaceful yet connected lifestyle.

Living here means enjoying the best of both worlds: A quiet residential setting with easy access to road links and the amenities of Beverley. The rear garden, backing onto a tree belt, provides a private outdoor space for relaxation or play, making it perfect for those who value privacy and outdoor living.

What The Owner Loves
We’ve loved living here as a family. The house has been perfect for us, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The converted garage has been a great addition, giving us flexibility for guests or as a playroom. The garden is one of our favourite spots-it’s private and peaceful, with the summer house and pond adding a lovely touch.

The location has been ideal, with everything we need close by. Beverley town centre is just a short distance away, and the schools in the area are excellent. We’ve recently freshened up the decor and added new flooring, so the house is ready for someone else to enjoy as much as we have.
