A Two Double Bedroom Home In Bracknell, With A Huge South Facing Garden And Plenty Of Potential

Owners Comments...
We have lived here for 22 years and have so many wonderful memories, will be very sad to move. Our wonderful garden is a sun trap for the daytime sun and feels like a tranquil escape from main estate, we can always get parked by using our garage and driveway which on busy estates is wonderful. It is a great friendly quiet neighbourhood, with shops and schools near by, living next to the junior school is lovely as it is always quiet when at home in the evenings and weekends, south hill park is just a 10 minute stroll away for an evening out and you can walk to the swinley woods in the same time too. Our home has definitely felt like our castle and hope whoever comes to live here will enjoy it as much as we have.

Area Comments...
Bucklebury is a popular part of Bracknell, particularly for those looking for a quieter setting while still being close to everything they need. Swinley Forest and South Hill Park are both nearby, offering plenty of green space for walks, cycling and family days out. There are also good local primary schools close by, with the Co-op in Hanworth handy for everyday shopping.

Ryan & Sanjay Comments...
The garden is the big one for us here. It’s a seriously good size and being south facing means you get plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Because it wraps around the house, there are so many options for how someone could use the space, whether that’s creating different seating areas, somewhere for the kids to play, or even looking at extending the house in the future, subject to the usual permissions. For a first-time buyer or young family, having this much outside space is a huge bonus and not something we see every day.
