If you lived here.....
The open-plan kitchen and reception room is the natural heart of the home, with plenty of room to create separate areas for relaxing and dining. Natural light comes in through the windows, while warm wood flooring runs throughout the space. The fully integrated kitchen sits neatly to one side, finished with streamlined cabinetry and pale worktops. Rich teal and soft pink feature walls bring personality to the room, giving the space a warm, individual feel.
The double bedroom continues the colourful approach, pairing warm terracotta with teal accents and wood flooring. Across the hall, the modern bathroom is finished in large-format grey tiling, with a bath and shower above, glass screen and mirrored storage. Outside your front door, Leytonstone has plenty to keep weekends interesting, from favourite local places to eat and drink to the wide open greenery of Wanstead Flats and Hollow Ponds.

A word from the owner.....
"We’ve loved living in Leytonstone for the past 5 years. It’s a great area with loads to do, and so handy being just a 2 minute walk from the central line.
The Red Lion, the North Star and the Leytonstone Tavern are just some of our favourite local bars, and we’ve spent many a Sunday brunch at San Marino.
There is a real community feel here, and we’ve found it to be a really family friendly area, with local green spaces such as Henry Reynolds Park and Wanstead Flats being great for young kids."
