Why buy this house.....

If you’ve been looking for a flexible family home with plenty of space across three floors, this four bedroom semi-detached home could be well worth a look.

As you enter through the hallway, the kitchen sits to the right-hand side. There is a good amount of cupboard and worktop space, with high gloss units complemented by ash grey worktops. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, fridge freezer and double oven, alongside a gas hob and washing machine. There is also enough room for a small two or four-seater table and chairs, making it a practical space for everyday family life.

At the end of the hallway is the living room. It’s a good shape and size, giving you plenty of flexibility when it comes to arranging your furniture, with additional space for a dining table if needed. French doors lead directly out to the south-east facing rear garden.

The garden is a good size, particularly for a modern home, with a patio area, raised beds and AstroTurf. There is plenty of opportunity to make the space your own, whether you enjoy entertaining outside, gardening or simply want somewhere for the children to play. You can also access the driveway and carport directly from the garden.

Completing the ground floor is a handy WC and useful storage beneath the stairs.

The first floor is home to three of the four bedrooms along with the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are comfortable doubles with room for wardrobes and additional furniture. The fourth bedroom is a single and would work equally well as a child’s bedroom, nursery or home office. The family bathroom serves all three bedrooms and includes a bath with shower facilities.

Head up to the top floor and you’ll find what I think really sets the layout of this home apart, the principal bedroom. Occupying the entire top floor, it gives you a fantastic amount of space and a real sense of separation from the rest of the house. The vaulted ceiling and Velux-style window add to the feeling of space, while built-in wardrobes provide useful storage. The bedroom also benefits from its own ensuite with a double shower cubicle.

Outside, parking is provided by a driveway and carport, giving you off-road parking for two cars.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. Ft Asda. At the end of April 2019 the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.

Presented in show home condition, this stunning traditional three bedroom home is only a short walk away from the local shops including, Asda, Costa Coffee and the Turing Key pub. This is not one to be missed!
