A home above the rest ...
In today's world, where working from home has become part of everyday life, where better to answer your emails, take your calls, and find your inspiration than from the comfort of this remarkable seventh-floor apartment, with breathtaking views stretching far beyond the skyline?
And for those whose careers still take them into the office each day, what a privilege it is to return home to a place that instantly slows the pace. A home that welcomes, restores and inspires, a place where every evening feels like the beginning of a holiday.
This is more than an apartment; it's a lifestyle by design. A home that cares for you, so you can simply enjoy the view. Where sunlight dances from room to room, and every sunrise and sunset becomes part of your daily rhythm.
Finding uninterrupted views, abundant natural light, a generous balcony, and sleek contemporary design all in one home is rare indeed. Here, they come together in perfect harmony, creating a home you'll be proud to own and reluctant to leave.
Work with a view. Live in the light. Come home to comfort, every night.
Agent's view : Having searched the local markets thoroughly, there is nothing comparable available within this price range. This apartment really is a complete package when it comes to 1 bedroom flats within E5 and surrounding areas.
Hear from our owners :
"Having been born and raised in Stoke Newington, i’ve always loved this part of London, and have really enjoyed making Stamford Hill my home. I’ve managed to stay close to the cafe culture and community of Stokey, which is only a ten minute journey by bus, but here i’ve managed to gain access to a modern, easy to upkeep property, with a remarkable view of the London skyline, for a more affordable price than comparable properties in north London.
The flat has access to water and a lot of green space. The River Lea canal (ten minute walk) is a lovely run or stroll on a sunny day, and Springfield Park (five minute walk) has a great cafe to work in or just grab a coffee.
It is also very convenient for getting around, with plenty of bus routes from the crossroads that go into central London, an overground station, and both the Victoria and Piccadilly lines around ten minutes away by bus. "
