Three/Four Bedroom Terraced House For Sale
Located within St. Nicholas which offers a selection of local shops and businesses, whilst more comprehensive amenities can be found in the town centre or old town. There is also excellent access to London via the A1 junction 7 or 8 and the Stevenage station which provides access to Kings Cross.
The Seller’s view - “It’s such a quiet row of houses, and i’ll definitely miss the neighbours when we move. We’ve really loved living here and have put a lot of time and effort into making the house our own. The cosy living room, generous kitchen/diner and additional reception spaces are some of the areas we’re most proud of. We’ve refurbished the entire property, so hopefully the next owner can move in without having to worry about spending a lot of money on improvements.
The kitchen is well equipped with a built-in oven and hob, as well as a wine cooler, with space for an American-style fridge freezer and dishwasher. The separate utility room has room for both a washing machine and tumble dryer. It’s been a brilliant addition for us, helping keep laundry and household chores tucked away while making it much easier to keep the rest of the home neat and organised. One of the biggest advantages for us has been the additional downstairs room. Whether you’re looking for a home office, somewhere for hobbies, an exercise or gaming room, or perhaps a bedroom for an elderly relative, it offers plenty of flexibility. With the downstairs shower room directly next door, we’ve always considered this to give the house the feel and practicality of a four-bedroom home. It’s also really useful when entertaining, as guests don’t need to go upstairs. Upstairs, there are three fantastic-sized bedrooms, all benefiting from built-in wardrobes, alongside plenty of room for additional freestanding furniture. Both the front and rear gardens are private, giving us two lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. We’ve found ourselves following the sun throughout the day, whether that means sitting out at the front or relaxing and dining in the garden at the back. Both have been great places to enjoy time outside.”
Ricky’s view - Whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking for an investment opportunity or hoping to downsize, this home offers plenty of versatility. For families, the location is particularly appealing, with the opportunity to walk the children to school without relying on the car. There are also acres of open green space close by, making it an excellent spot for dog walks, exercise or simply letting the kids burn off some energy. Everyday amenities are within easy reach too, with local shops providing a convenience store and pharmacy, while the doctors’ surgery is also just a few doors away. Inside, the generous entrance hall creates an excellent first impression while offering plenty of practical space for coats, shoes and even a home desk. There are numerous storage cupboards throughout the hallway and landings, along with loft access, helping to keep those bulkier household items tucked away - whether that’s the hoover, ironing board, suitcases, Christmas decorations or anything else you don’t need on display. Outside, both gardens are relatively low maintenance, giving you two private spaces to enjoy without creating a long list of weekend jobs. Whether it’s sitting down for an alfresco meal, enjoying a morning coffee or simply relaxing in the sunshine, both gardens provide a great extension of the living space.
