Move Straight In – Modernised Family Home With Flexible Four-Bedroom Living
Summary
Situated on Neville Road in Sutton, this beautifully modernised home has been extensively renovated by the current owner to create a stylish, practical property that's ready to move straight into.
The accommodation has been designed with modern family life in mind. A fantastic kitchen and contemporary bathroom are complemented by bright, well-presented living spaces, while the converted garage adds another level of flexibility. This additional accommodation can provide a fourth bedroom and home office, or could easily be adapted into a playroom, hobby space or additional reception room depending on the needs of the next owner.
Outside, there's the added practicality of driveway parking and an enclosed rear garden, making this a great option for families, first-time buyers and those with pets.
The location provides the best of both worlds. Everyday amenities and schools are within easy reach, while a wider range of facilities can be found just a short journey away. Step outside and you're also close to open countryside, making it perfect for dog walks, running or simply enjoying the outdoors, with the river and Norfolk coastline also easily accessible.
Agents Comments
For me, this is one of those homes where you can simply turn the key, move your furniture in and start enjoying it. The current owner has done a fantastic job modernising the property, with the kitchen and bathroom particular highlights.
What really adds to the appeal is the flexibility created by the garage conversion. Having the option of a fourth bedroom alongside a home office gives a growing family plenty of possibilities, but equally those rooms could be adapted to whatever suits your lifestyle.
Combine that with an enclosed garden, good driveway parking and countryside walks virtually on the doorstep, and you've got a really practical home that should appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Vendor Comments
I purchased this as my first home, and it’s been so much more.
Having 5 children the 4th bedroom has provided much needed extra space, allowing us to all share the home without needing to be on top of each other, and the office area allows me to keep up with the day to day running of my business.
I’m fortunate to have great neighbours and have found the area to be lovely and quiet. Having 2 dogs, the area is perfect for their daily walks with different routes available.
