Bright 577 Sq Ft One-Bed With Lift, Residents’ Gardens & Potential To Create Two Beds

Greater London Properties Presents
A bright and spacious 577 sq. Ft. One-bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of Stedham Chambers, an attractive period building on Coptic Street in the heart of Bloomsbury, WC1. Benefiting from lift access, a secure gated entrance and access to private courtyard gardens exclusively for residents, the property also offers potential to reconfigure into a two bedroom apartment.

The Property
Positioned on the second floor with lift access, this generously proportioned apartment extends to approximately 577 sq. Ft. And offers an excellent sense of space and natural light throughout.

The current layout features a large eat in kitchen, providing plenty of room for dining and making it a practical and sociable space. The separate living room benefits from a dual-aspect position, allowing an abundance of natural light to flow into the room and creating a particularly bright and inviting living space.

The well proportioned double bedroom features built-in storage, providing excellent practical space without compromising the size of the room.

The property's generous proportions and existing configuration also offer potential to create a second bedroom, subject to the relevant permissions and consents, providing an exciting opportunity for a buyer looking to adapt the apartment to suit their requirements.

Residents of Stedham Chambers benefit from a secure gated entrance, offering additional privacy and security, as well as access to private courtyard gardens reserved exclusively for residents, a fantastic and rarely available feature in such a central London location.

Location and Transport
Coptic Street is superbly positioned in the heart of Bloomsbury, with the British Museum just moments away. The surrounding neighbourhood offers a fantastic selection of independent cafés, restaurants, traditional pubs, bookshops and local amenities, while Covent Garden, Soho, Fitzrovia and Oxford Street are all within easy walking distance.

Transport connections are excellent, with Tottenham Court Road station providing access to the Central, Northern and Elizabeth lines. Holborn and Russell Square stations are also within easy reach, alongside numerous bus routes providing convenient connections across Central London and beyond.

'What the Owner Says'
What we love most about our flat is how central it feels while still being tucked away on a quiet lane. The British Museum is literally opposite, and you can walk to Tottenham Court Road in just a few minutes for the Elizabeth line, including direct trains to Heathrow.

The flat itself gets lots of natural light in every room, which makes it feel bright and airy throughout the day. We also love having a little balcony to sit out on, as well as access to the garden downstairs.

It’s a brilliant part of London for exploring on foot. Bloomsbury’s cafés, bookshops and restaurants are on the doorstep, while Soho and Chinatown are only a short walk away. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the flat feels surprisingly peaceful.
