The bathroom is bright, clean and pleasant, with the window providing good ventilation and helping to keep the room free from damp and mould. During the colder months, the heated towel rail has been a real luxury and something we’ve appreciated every winter. Our sunny, low-maintenance garden has been the children’s playground for many years and has given us a lovely outdoor space without requiring lots of upkeep. The patio has been perfect for enjoying meals outside and making the most of the warmer weather. There’s also plenty of additional storage in the garage to the rear, which is where we park our car as well. Overall, the house has worked really well for our family, and we’ve created so many happy memories here.”

Ricky’s view - For families there is a park and woodland round the corner, plenty of open green spaces are on your door step too, excellent for morning/evening strolls which hosts many dog walkers and runners. A short walk to the shops is useful when you've ran out of an ingredient or missed something off the shopping list. The Fish and Chip shop takeaway is fantastic, Hasan Balti is a lovely Indian too. They're located on the same parade of shops where you will find the pharmacy, doctors and community centre as well. Situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Chells Manor. Growing up in Chells Manor myself, I know how quiet the turning is, the neighbourhood is very friendly.
