Sellers thoughts:
Grove Park Road is a really quiet, friendly street. There’s a street WhatsApp group, which has been so nice for getting to know people, helping one another out and borrowing garden tools!
The location is so good; there are all of the great local pubs, coffee spots, and a pilates studio right around the corner, plus the tube and two overground lines are close by. It always feels like you’re only ever 20 minutes from anywhere.
I’ve absolutely loved living in this flat. It’s bright and peaceful, with high ceilings, a big kitchen, and a huge garden that’s been amazing for hosting!
