If you lived here...
The entrance hallway gives you access to each room, along with a large storage cupboard that keeps everyday clutter neatly out of sight. The reception room is bright and generously proportioned, with plenty of space to create separate areas for relaxing, dining and working from home. Soft neutral walls and carpet keep things calm, while the adjoining kitchen is finished with crisp white cabinetry, dark worktops and white metro-style tiling for a clean, contemporary look.
The double bedroom continues the simple, warm palette, with a soft pink feature wall and mirrored fitted wardrobes providing useful storage. Back off the hallway, the modern bathroom is finished in grey tiling with white cabinetry and a bath with shower above. Altogether, it’s an easy, practical layout within a well-maintained development.

A word from the owner
"i’ve absolutely loved living in Leytonstone and it is a place I will miss. One of the things I love the most is the balance it offers. There’s a real sense of character & community, while still being incredibly convenient for getting around London. The local food and drink scene has grown so much over the years, with fantastic independent restaurants, cafes and craft breweries all within easy reach. For anyone who enjoys keeping active, you’re spoilt for choice with Reformer Pilates studio and small group pt sessions in the arches, which are just a 2 minute walk away.
Commuting couldn’t be easier. The central line is just a short stroll away and the overground is virtually on the doorstep. At weekends and during summer months, it has been wonderful to have so many beautiful green spaces to walk around. Whether it’s a walk across Wanstead flats, exploring Epping Forest or spending an afternoon around the Olympic park, there’s always somewhere to escape and unwind. One of the biggest draws of Lime court is how peaceful it is! Being tucked away at the end of cul-de-sac means there’s no through traffic, creating a wonderfully quiet setting. The communal garden is great to have picnics or BBQ’s. The private gated parking space has been an added bonus. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as I did!"
