Owners Comments...
It’s been amazing living here at Sterling, especially as it was my very first home from new. Over the years, it’s become a place that i’ve been incredibly proud to call home, and i’ve made so many happy memories here.
One of the things i’ve really loved is having such lovely neighbours. There’s always been a great sense of community, which has made living here feel so welcoming and homely.
The location has also been fantastic. Martins Heron train station is just a short walk away, which has been incredibly convenient for getting to work as well as heading off for days out. Bracknell town centre is also within easy walking distance, making shopping and going out for something to eat really easy.
Having The Oak pub just around the corner has been another real bonus, providing a great local spot to pop into. For anyone who enjoys getting outdoors, there are also some brilliant running routes and loops nearby, with Lily Hill Park just up the road being a particular favourite.
And with Bracknell Rugby Club only a short walk away, there’s always been plenty going on locally. Overall, i’ve absolutely loved living here at Sterling and will be very sad to leave. I hope the next owner enjoys this home and the fantastic location just as much as I have.

Sterling Square is an excellent location, with The Lexicon shopping centre just one mile away and Martins Heron train station 0.8 miles away, which is ideal for commuting. You have an abundance of green space on your doorstep, with Lily Hill Park and The Parks just to name a couple. You also have easy access to both the M3 and M4 motorways.
Tom’s Comments...
When you enter this home, the first thing you notice is just how bright and welcoming the apartment feels. The floor to ceiling window in the bedroom and French doors in the living room allow an abundance of natural light. One of my favourite features is the view from the breakfast bar, looking through the French doors, you can see green space, making you feel as though you could be anywhere. The balcony is a real bonus, providing the perfect spot for a table and chairs where you can sit out, enjoy a morning coffee or simply watch the world go by. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need, while the large modern bathroom provides a stylish and practical space. The bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes, and there is also a large cupboard in the hall currently being used as a utility room, with plenty of additional storage space.
Outside, the property comes with an allocated parking space, as well as plenty of visitor parking, so there is no need to worry about friends and family struggling to find somewhere to park.Altogether, this is a home that offers flexibility and space for modern living, while remaining low maintenance and easy to enjoy. With the added benefit of no onward chain, this is a property that really needs to be seen to be appreciated.
