Seller's Comment...
This has been a wonderful family home for us and we’ve loved living here. One of our favourite features is the master bedroom, which occupies the entire top floor and feels like a private retreat, with plenty of space and its own balcony – something we’ve really enjoyed and will definitely miss.
The house has given us lots of flexible space for family life and working from home, while the private, not-overlooked garden has been lovely for relaxing and entertaining.
The location has also been a huge part of what we’ve enjoyed about living here. We can walk to the local pub and two coffee shops, and having the forest so close by has been fantastic, particularly for dog walks. It gives you the feeling of being surrounded by green space while still having everything you need close at hand.
It’s been a very comfortable and happy home for our family, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
Area Comment...
Buckler's Park is a much sought after location owing to a strong sense of being a vibrant growing community and of course, over 100 acres of beautiful woodland walks right on your doorstep, perfect for keen dog walkers, cyclists or leisurely family strolls. Children's playparks and wide green open spaces all add to this unique environment.
Bucklers Park offers a wealth of amenities within easy reach. The Hall & Woodhouse pub restaurant is a few minutes’ walk away, providing a sociable space to meet with both friends and family. At the heart of the community ‘The Hub’ hosts an ever-expanding range of classes and activities, adding to family friendly atmosphere of the area.
Bucklers Park 194 bus route means easy access to schools and shopping further afield. Crowthorne High Street, also served by the bus, is just a pleasant 15 minute stroll away. You will love everything the local village has to offer, including a doctor’s surgery, coffee shops and eateries, supermarkets, and a selection of independent local businesses. Greenwood Road shops are also a flat, level 10-minute walk away, making everyday essentials simple.
Crowthorne benefits from excellent transport links, with a direct train line to London Waterloo. The area’s connectivity is further enhanced by quick access to the A329, providing direct routes to both the M3 and M4 motorways, ideal for journeys to the West Country or into London.
