Owner's Insight

"What we have loved most about living at Wellswood Heights is the feeling of having a home rather than simply an apartment. Having our own front door and private garden gives the property a wonderful sense of independence and, in many ways, it feels much more like living in a bungalow.

The location has been a real highlight. It is peaceful and tucked away, yet only a short walk from the shops, cafés and amenities of Wellswood. We have enjoyed being so close to the beautiful walks through Ilsham Valley and down towards Meadfoot, while Torquay Harbour and the seafront are also within easy reach.

The garage and large workshop/store underneath have been another real bonus. The additional space is incredibly useful for storage, hobbies and practical projects, and is something we have found very difficult to find with an apartment. Combined with the garden, private entrance and generous living space, these features have made Wellswood Heights feel like a very special home to us."

To the side of the property the garden has again been landscaped for ease of maintenance with gravelled top beds with raised rockery beyond with mature trees.
