Description
The Land at Kebbaty extends to approximately 194 acres and comprises two adjoining blocks of predominantly arable land which are separated by a private access track. The land is arranged in attractive, practical fields which lend themselves well to modern farming operations and efficient machinery use.

The land lies at an elevation of between 120 and 160 meters above sea level and is classified by the James Hutton Institute as Grade 3.2. The soils are versatility and capable of producing a high yields across a wide range of arable crops.

Lot 1

Lot 1 extends to approximately 105 acres, of which 102 are arable, with the remaining woodland and rough grazing. The fields all benefit from access either from the roadside or a private access track.

Lot 2

Lot 2 extends to approximately 89 acres, of which 85 are arable with the remaining being small parcels of woodland. Similarly to Lot 1 all fields are either accessed via public road or via a private access track.
