Testimonial from the Owners!
We have absolutely loved living in Gipsy Hill, which offers a wonderful balance of community, green spaces and independent lol amenities. The area has a fantastic selection of independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants, as well as plenty of parks and green spaces to enjoy. There is particularly strong sense of community, with the friends of Gipsy Hill organising regular local events and festivals throughout the year, including the summer fete and October Feist. These events really bring the neighbourhood together and are a lovely reflection of the friendly atmosphere here.
The flat itself has a spacious and well preportioned layout, with plenty of built-in and additional storage, making it a wonderfully practical and wonderful home.
The property was professionally repainted in April 2026, so it is fresh, bright and ready to move into.
Our neighbours are all homeowners and the building is beautifully maintained, creating a lovely sense of pride and community. We also benefit from free on-street parking, which is a real bonus in the area.
One of our favourite features is the large shared garden, which is a wonderful space to relax, entertain and enjoy throughout the summer months.
It is a lovely place to call home and we will be very sad to leave.
