Imagine Saturday here
The weekend starts at home - Open the doors onto the balcony, let some fresh air in and take your time over breakfast in the generous open-plan kitchen and sitting room.
Out and about - One of the joys of being this close to Bracknell town centre is that you can leave the car behind. Walk into The Lexicon for a little shopping, lunch or a browse around the town.
Lunch somewhere different - With restaurants and cafés throughout the town centre, Saturday lunch can be as relaxed or as spontaneous as you like. From casual dining to something a little more special, there’s plenty of choice nearby.
A change of pace - Head towards Lily Hill Park for a wander through the gardens and open spaces, or make your way towards Swinley Forest when you fancy something a little more adventurous.
Back home - The open-plan layout makes coming home feel effortless. Put something on in the kitchen, settle into the sitting area and let the evening take its own course.
Saturday night, your way - Dinner out, a film at Cineworld, drinks in town or simply staying in and enjoying the space you have created for yourself.
Home without the journey - That’s the beauty of this location, the best of Bracknell is close enough to enjoy, but your own front door is never far away.
Owners' insight
The thing we love the most is the community of good, quiet people.
The building management company has kept the costs under control and the building maintenance fees at the minimum possible.
Bracknell Town centre is a 15 minutes walk away, including banks, surgeries, and other services.
There are good transport links with the bus station and trains to Waterloo. Easy access to M3, M4, M25 is also really handy.
We have nature! A forest on the doorstep, Swinley Forest, two parks two minutes walking distance, which are Lily Hill park, and The Parks, with Mill Pond a 10 minute bicycle ride.
Why Harwoods love it
The open-plan living space - At over 23 feet long, the kitchen/sitting room is the real heart of the apartment. It gives you the flexibility to cook, dine, entertain and relax all within one beautifully connected space.
The balcony - A private outdoor space can make such a difference to apartment living. Here, it gives you somewhere to step outside and enjoy a little fresh air without going anywhere.
Two bathrooms - An en-suite to the principal bedroom, alongside the main bathroom, adds a level of practicality that makes the apartment work particularly well for modern life.
Two genuinely useful bedrooms - Both bedrooms offer good proportions, making the second room equally suited to a guest bedroom, home office or somewhere to accommodate family.
Allocated parking - A simple feature, but one that makes everyday life considerably easier, particularly when you're this close to the town centre.
The location - The Lexicon brings together an impressive choice of shops, restaurants and leisure, while Bracknell station provides an easy rail connection for commuters and days out.
And when you want some green space - Lily Hill Park and Swinley Forest give you somewhere to escape the town altogether, whether that's for a quiet walk, a cycle or a day spent exploring.
