A Spacious Three Bedroom Home Arranged Over Three Floors Overlooking A Green With No Onward Chain

Owners Comments...
We will take away many happy memories of growing up in this house. Our late parents loved socialising and always had an open door policy and the kitchen diner area was the perfect set up for welcoming guests. The decking in the garden was well used for morning coffee and not overlooked. The front of the house looks out onto a pleasant green and feels very quiet and private. The school was and still is just up the road, an easy stroll to town and all amenities right on the doorstep.
It’s now time for a new family to enjoy and make their own happy memories.

Area Comments...
Rectory Lane is in the Easthampstead area of Bracknell, with local shops and everyday amenities close by. Bracknell town centre is also within easy reach, giving you access to The Lexicon, restaurants, leisure facilities and the wider range of shops and services the town has to offer. The position of the house is another real positive, with the green directly to the front giving the first floor living room a lovely outlook. The combination of space, the three floor layout and the location makes this one that should appeal to families who want more room without moving too far away from the convenience of Bracknell.

Ryan & Sanjay Comments...
For us, the big selling point with this house is the amount of space and the way it is spread over three floors. Having two separate reception rooms gives you plenty of options for how you use the house, which is particularly useful for a family. We especially like the first floor living room. It is a really good size, nice and bright, and the bay window overlooking the green at the front makes it a great room to spend time in. It has a completely different feel to the living room downstairs, so you could use the two spaces in lots of different ways depending on how you live. It is a really practical home for a family looking for maximum space, with the three floor layout giving you plenty of flexibility as the way you use the house changes over time. Also available with no onward chain.
