Exceptional Space, Coastal Living & Equestrian Land – A Standout Family Home In Happisburgh
Summary
Offering an exceptional amount of space both inside and out, this impressive Happisburgh family home combines flexible accommodation, fantastic entertaining space and a lifestyle that's difficult to replicate.
The ground floor has been designed around modern family living, with a generous kitchen/diner, spacious living room, utility room and downstairs WC.
There's also a dedicated home office plus an additional multifunctional room currently arranged as a second office and entertainment space with its own bar, opening from the dining area and providing even more flexibility.
Upstairs are three particularly generous bedrooms, including a superb master bedroom with its own dressing area and en-suite, alongside the family bathroom.
The sheer amount of space provides plenty of flexibility for buyers whose priority may be additional bedrooms rather than the larger rooms and reception spaces currently enjoyed by the owners.
Outside is equally impressive.
There's extensive parking, ideal for multiple vehicles, visitors, a caravan or boat, together with a separate studio currently used as a home gym.
The generous rear garden provides plenty of room for children, pets and entertaining, with a summer house and several areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
In addition, there's just under an acre of equestrian land, connected to the property while also benefiting from its own separate access.
All of this comes within walking distance of the beach, with views towards the iconic Happisburgh Lighthouse and the Norfolk countryside surrounding you.
Agents Comments
For me, the biggest thing about this property is just how much space and flexibility you're getting.
It's currently arranged as a three-bedroom home, but these aren't small bedrooms squeezed in to maximise the bedroom count. The owners have chosen to enjoy large bedrooms, fantastic reception space and different areas for working, relaxing and entertaining.
Downstairs works brilliantly for a family.
You've got the kitchen/diner at the heart of the home, a large living room, a dedicated office and then another fantastic multifunctional space with its own bar.
If you work from home, entertain regularly or simply want everyone to have their own space, there's so much flexibility here.
Then you step outside and it goes to another level.
Huge amounts of parking, a studio/gym, a great family garden, summer house and just under an acre of additional land give you opportunities that you simply don't find with many family homes.
And finally, there's the location.
You can enjoy the countryside, walk to the beach and even take in views towards Happisburgh Lighthouse.
It's a property that offers not just a home, but a fantastic Norfolk lifestyle.
Vendors Comments
We have really enjoyed living in Happisburgh and being part of such a lovely coastal village. It’s a wonderful place to call home, with beautiful countryside, coastal walks and the beach right on your doorstep.
One of the things we’ve loved most is the balance of peaceful village life while still being within easy reach of North Walsham, Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk coast. There is something special about living somewhere that feels like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
It’s been a lovely home for us, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it and the lifestyle this beautiful part of Norfolk has to offer just as much as we have.
