The Sellers View - "Our home has always offered so much more than just plenty of bedrooms; it's been a house that genuinely works for everyday family life. With four bedrooms and three reception rooms, we've loved having the flexibility to spend time together while still having space to ourselves when needed. The lounge has been our cosy spot to relax and unwind, while the generous dining area has been perfect for bringing everyone together. At Christmas, we've comfortably seated 12 around the table, with the fireplace lit and that lovely festive warmth filling the room. It's a space that really comes into its own when hosting friends and family. Over the years, the children have claimed the conservatory as their playroom, which has worked brilliantly being just off the kitchen. It's meant we can get on with cooking while keeping an eye on them, making busy family life that little bit easier. The kitchen itself offers plenty of cupboards and generous worktop space, giving us a practical and enjoyable place to prepare meals. Having a downstairs toilet has also been incredibly convenient, particularly when entertaining or welcoming elderly relatives, while the separate utility area has been invaluable for keeping everyday chores tucked away. Whether it's hanging washing, ironing or storing the hoover, it's helped keep the main living spaces feeling tidy and clutter-free. Looking back, it's the way each space has adapted to our family's needs over the years that we've appreciated most. From cosy evenings in to big family gatherings at Christmas, this home has given us the room to live, grow and make so many happy memories."
Ricky’s view - Situated in a desirable neighbourhood, the property benefits from a peaceful residential setting while being close to local amenities, schools, and excellent transport links. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll in nearby parks or quick access to bustling town centres, this location offers the best of both worlds. A well-connected area that caters to all lifestyles, it’s perfect for growing families, professionals, or anyone looking to settle in a friendly community. This homes garden offers plenty of sun, it is very private and over the years has provided a great space for the sellers children to let off some steam, it's now a space to relax and entertain. Peartree park and the lakes are a short walk too, these are excellent for morning/evening strolls.
