Sought after cul-de-sac in South Sutton
Spacious living/dining room
Low maintenance front and rear paved gardens
Garage en-bloc
Close to excellent local schooling, transport links & amenities
Equidistant to both Sutton & Cheam
Whether you are looking to buy a home for the first time, or you are upsizing or downsizing, we're sure you're finding that there is very little choice on the market. You may feel that you have to settle for a lovely-looking yet maintenance-heavy older property, potentially in a location that just isn't quite right.
Chalcot Close is the solution to your problem.
Positioned within a sought-after South Sutton cul-de-sac that's both convenient and friendly, you really can have it all. Whether you're pulling up after a hard day at work or simply relaxing in your low-maintenance rear garden, you won't be disappointed by just how lovely this home could be for you.
Inside, the contemporary layout is a real crowd-pleaser, with all the rooms working in perfect harmony. The well-proportioned lounge/diner is the perfect place to chill out with a good book or host one of your famous dinner parties, whilst to the rear, the kitchen offers plenty of space to cook up a storm.
Upstairs, the house continues to offer everything you could need, with two double bedrooms, one of which could easily incorporate a home office area. There is also a family bathroom which, although in need of some updating, has the potential to become a wonderful space to unwind after a long day of Teams calls!
So, what about location? Well, you really are in the centre of it all, within a short walk of both Sutton and Cheam, offering a vast selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Excellent transport links are also close by, whisking you up to town in no time at all.
So, downsides? Well, when you consider that the property also benefits from a garage and no onward chain, we're struggling to find any!
