At the heart of the house is the impressive kitchen and breakfast room, fitted with extensive painted cabinetry and a comprehensive range of Gaggenau appliances, including ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and a central island with induction hob. The kitchen flows into a magnificent oak-framed orangery with a lantern roof and wide glazed doors opening to the terrace and gardens. A bespoke walk-in, temperature-controlled wine room provides a distinctive additional feature.
On the first floor, the principal bedroom has a fitted dressing room, en suite bathroom and a substantial oak-framed balcony overlooking the gardens, paddock, fields and woodland beyond. There are four further double bedrooms, two with en suite facilities, together with a family shower room.
Outside, the property enjoys beautifully maintained south-facing gardens and paddock extending to approximately 5 acres.
