St Paul's Gate was our first property and will always be so special to us. When we came to view it, the biggest selling point was the kitchen. In every season of the year the light is beautiful. We love to cook for friends and family and it is perfect for this. There is lots of counter space, storage and plenty of room for a good sized dining table.
The rear garden feels secluded and peaceful. We have lots of BBQs out there, as well as drinking coffee in the sunshine first thing in the morning.
We installed a log burner in the living room to replace an old gas fire and it is an absolute dream in the winter. So cosy and perfect for a night in!
We love being able to walk into town for coffee or an evening out. Now we have a little boy, we are fortunate to be in very close proximity to multiple play parks, the library, swimming pool and the train station. The neighbours are kind and welcoming and the children ride their bikes along the street together. It's a really special place to live. We would have loved to have stayed here but are now needing to looking for something slightly bigger.

A fantastic location, an extended kitchen and everything Wokingham has to offer right on your doorstep!
Positioned within walking distance of Wokingham town centre, the train station and popular local schools, this three-bedroom end-of-terrace home on St Paul's Gate offers the perfect blend of space, comfort and convenience.
The standout feature is the extended kitchen/breakfast room, a brilliant space for family life and entertaining, with patio doors opening directly onto the low-maintenance rear garden. The separate living room is equally inviting, with a fireplace adding a lovely cosy feel.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom, providing practical accommodation for growing families, first-time buyers or those looking to make their next move.
And the location? That's where this home really delivers. Wokingham's shops, cafés, restaurants and railway station are all within easy walking distance, while excellent local primary and secondary schools make this an appealing choice for families.
Three bedrooms, extended living space and a superb Wokingham location. What's not to love?
