If you lived here...
Step inside and you'll find a beautifully finished home where Victorian character meets thoughtful contemporary touches. The generous light-filled front bedroom features a bay window, high ceilings, timber flooring and a feature fireplace, with fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Beyond, the reception room is equally inviting, with warm timber flooring, a working fireplace and space to relax or entertain. A staircase leads to the first floor, while the ground floor continues through to a beautifully finished family bathroom, complete with a freestanding roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower and patterned floor tiles.
At the rear, the kitchen combines natural cabinetry, generous worktops and open shelving, with a sun-drenched dining area overlooking the garden. Doors open directly onto the private outdoor space, which extends approximately 11 metres and features a decked seating area surrounded by established planting and a shed with additional storage space. It's a lovely spot for outdoor dining, entertaining or relaxing in the warmer months. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, with a window overlooking the rear and space for bedroom furniture. Throughout, the home feels carefully maintained, with a considered balance of original features and modern finishes.

A word from the owner...
"Some of our happiest memories have been in our home in London Fields. The floor-to-ceiling kitchen window draws the garden and greenery indoors year-round and the outside deck enjoys the last of the afternoon sun for hosting summer barbeques. In winter, we have enjoyed hosting friends for drinks around the cosy fireplace.
The location truly is hard to beat. Everything that makes this corner of Hackney so special is right at your doorstep. We’ve cherished our daily strolls down Wilton Way or to Pophams for coffees and pastries, watching the seasons change in London Fields and meeting up with friends for a swim at the lido. As the day winds down, an aperitivo at Wilton Way Deli or the Prince Arthur is hard to beat, and you’re of course spoilt for choice when it comes to dinner options. It’s easy to spend weekends without ever leaving this bubble, but when you do want to venture further afield, Hackney Central is just a three-minute walk away.”
