About this property
Duplex
Period Property
This stylish property offers well proportioned living accommodation arranged over two floors and comprises the flats entrance on the second floor along with a reception room with an open plan kitchen and a bedroom. Stairs then rise to the third (top) floor where there is a windowed bathroom and a further bedroom.
A word from the owner...” We have loved living in our flat for the past 9 years. It’s big windows on all 3 sides means that it gets exceptional light throughout the day from sunrise to sunset views of the Heath from the balcony.
With it being on 2 floors too, it feels like we have more of a separation between living and sleeping areas. For a flat, the storage available is amazing. Both under the stairs and with the eaves spanning the full perimeter of the flat, it has been massively helpful.
Location wise is incredible, being inbetween Kentish Town and Tufnell Park means you have double the amenities to hand. Anson Road is leafy, wide and safe and far enough away from any A & B roads to keep it relatively peaceful. The proximity to the Heath means we get to use it and Swains Lane each day and easily spend our Sundays up in either Highgate or Hampstead villages whilst also having great access via Tube, Bus or Thameslink to Kings Cross.
Nursery and School options such as Eleanor Palmer and 2 N Club family options are both within walking distance and have excellent reviews”
